Inside, you will find an oversized firebox with intricate herringbone brickwork, and to one side of the fireplace there is a 55-inch Fujitzu television with surround sound.

Beyond the great room, the open floor plan leads you into the formal dining area, gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook. The formal dining area has two sets of French doors leading to the east patio allowing for easy indoor-outdoor entertaining with mountain views, as well as the luxurious spa, and built-in propane and charcoal BBQ just steps away. In the gourmet kitchen, you will find furniture-grade, lighted custom cabinetry throughout, providing ample storage for your everyday and formal cooking, dining and entertaining wares. A swinging door leads from the kitchen to the oversized laundry room, where you will find a built-in ironing board cabinet, ample storage, Walker Zanger tiles and a door to the garage.
